This commercial renovation in South Keys transformed an unfinished lower-level space into a clean, functional event venue designed to host gatherings, celebrations, and community use. During the renovation process, the space moved from exposed ceiling framing, rough construction, and unfinished walls into a fully enclosed and finished event area. Drywall installation, ceiling completion, lighting upgrades, wall finishing, and flooring all played a major role in turning the raw basement structure into a usable commercial venue.

The finished space was designed to feel open, practical, and easy to adapt for different functions. Wide floor area, neutral finishes, and a simple modern palette make the venue suitable for banquet seating, private events, meetings, and multi-purpose use, while the completed flooring and lighting help give the interior a more professional and welcoming appearance.
